We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Trade Store team in Wagga Wagga NSW.
This key role involves providing excellent customer service, handling customer requests, and supporting various areas of the trade store.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Face-to-face customer service, handling customer requests, sourcing parts, and providing ETA's on backorders
* Daily stock replenishment and stock takes
* Managing showroom displays and stock rotations
* General housekeeping of the sales counter and showroom
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
* Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Self-motivated with an interest in personal development
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
