We are absolutely thrilled to be seeking dedicated professionals to join our Casual Pool as After‐Hours Coordinators! This is your chance to step into a vital leadership role where you'll provide exceptional operational oversight across our hospital after hours.
This fantastic position offers you the wonderful opportunity to provide meaningful mentorship to team members while maintaining continuity of care and service quality during the absence of senior management.
We're looking for someone spectacular who has:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Previous coordinator or similar role experience is desirable
* ALS accredited or willing to complete the same
* Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Supportive and guiding approach to leading staff
* Confidence to problem shoot and manage the facility after hours
