Overview
We are looking for a Site Engineer to join a prominent player in major infrastructure projects across NSW, responsible for coordinating and managing high‐profile road projects of $100m+ from delivery to completion.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
* Engaging a diverse range of stakeholders across government, contractors, and local communities.
* Coordinating and managing project planning, stakeholder engagement, and execution to ensure on‐time, on‐budget delivery meeting the highest standards.
Qualifications
Your background should include:
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience on large‐scale infrastructure projects (ideally road projects) with a head contractor, client‐side project management or government background.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, manage multiple priorities and deliver results in line with government standards.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially with documentation, reporting and contract management.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with practical solution development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
* Must have a valid driving licence.
