About the Centre/Service
Renown Kindergarten in South Yarra has been providing kindergarten children with their first educational experience since 1920. We have a rich history and tradition, and are committed to offering an early childhood service of the highest quality. Renown offers three different kindergarten programs, including our Three and Four year old programs and our Bilingual program for 3 and 4 year olds. The Bilingual program is a specialised French/English kinder program based on the French National Curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework. Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our professional and supportive team on a permanent part-time basis.This role will consist up to 35 hours per week and will commence Term 1, 2026.
In this role, you will work closely with our kindergarten teachers to support high-quality early childhood education and care. You will help create inclusive, engaging, and responsive learning environments that reflect the interests and needs of the children and families within our community. Core Responsibilities include: Collaborate with the teaching team to support planning, programming, and documentation practices. Supervise and engage in both spontaneous and planned experiences with small groups of children and/or families in indoor and outdoor learning environments. Contribute to the development of meaningful routines and rich learning spaces, working reflectively alongside the teacher. Foster a collaborative and respectful classroom and workplace culture built on teamwork and mutual support.

Qualifications
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification)
A current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications
A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
A commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional learning
