This role offers direct mentorship from an experienced Civil Director and a clear pathway into senior leadership. You will take a leading role in managing a civil team while delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across the region. The Opportunity You will provide technical and people leadership across multiple land and urban development projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, councils, and internal stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery while supporting continued business growth. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage a civil engineering team across multiple projects • Oversee design and documentation using 12D, MUSIC, Drains, and HEC‑RAS • Ensure compliance with council, statutory, and engineering standards • Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities • Contribute to business development and repeat client work • Mentor and develop junior engineers About You • 8 to 10 years of civil engineering experience in land and urban development • Strong technical capability in 12D, MUSIC, Drains, and HEC‑RAS • Proven leadership and team management experience • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills • Existing relationships with local councils and industry contacts • Commercially focused with a proactive approach to growth Apply directly or message for a confidential discussion.
