As the Chief Information Officer, you will spearhead technology strategy development and implement it across the organization. * Develop a three-year technology strategy aligned with the corporate plan and funding horizons
* Integrate enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM/HRIS/data) that reduce manual work, risk, and cycle times
* Instill a culture based on trusted data with practical Business Intelligence, self-serve reporting, and clear ownership of quality and lineage
* Lead the improvement in cyber, identity, resilience, and recovery with tested playbooks
* Champion disciplined delivery that ships on time, in scope, and on budget with transparent governance
* Nurture or develop a high-performing team and partners with clear KPIs, career paths, and a continuous-improvement mindset
