**Your Role**:This is your opportunity to contribute to the Science industry and 'indirectly' help save lives! The primary focus of your recent role will be to ensure that our company is following all State and Federal regulations for Trade Compliance. Would be highly responsible for the management of import permits and export permits and management of day-to-day compliance queues. Ensuring SAP material master data is up to date for all regulated products and ensure that products requiring import or export permits are identified. Assisting in weekly/monthly reporting and supporting Manager in any Supply Chain related activity.
**Who you are**:
- Science degree in biologicals/chemicals or Bachelors or equivalent qualification or 1-6+ years' experience in Regulatory Management and Trade Compliance or similar role would be preferred
- Extensive experience in chemicals and biologicals and regulators in ANZ would be advantageous
- Experience in customs clearance is required
- Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively in cross functional projects
- Demonstrated analytical and reporting skills, leading to actionable insights and be detail oriented.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-motivated and energetic and be organised with advanced time management skills.
- Must be service oriented with a positive attitude and team player
- Must be a team player as well as being able to work autonomously.
- Should be adaptable to change.
- Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to develop insights from multiple sources
