Responsibilities
* Supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
* Bringing high energy and a positive mindset, motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable in‑store experiences.
* Leading and inspiring others with confidence, coaching and uplifting your team to achieve shared goals and build a strong, performance‑driven culture.
* Training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
* Managing visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security.
Qualifications
* Experience as a seasoned Assistant Store Manager or a high‑energy leader ready to step up.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
* Track record of driving sales and managing a dynamic team.
* Knowledge of retail operations, including visual merchandising, inventory control and floor management.
