About the Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive Allied Health Senior Administration Officer to provide high‑quality, centralised administrative support to our Allied Health team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure smooth operations across enquiries, client bookings, data analysis, reporting, document management, events coordination and practice management system administration. You will be the go‑to support for both internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing directly to a compliant, efficient and client‑centred service. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries via phone, email and web, ensuring timely, accurate and professional communication. Manage bookings and scheduling for clients and clinicians, optimising calendars and minimising cancellations. Support data collection, analysis and reporting, including dashboards and client outcomes. Provide administrative and logistics support for internal and external events. Maintain the document library, ensuring version control, updates and approvals. Administer the practice management system-including profile setup, permissions, templates and troubleshooting. Assist with data capture, documentation and reporting for government contracts. Ensure adherence to quality standards, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Contribute to a safe and secure work environment through sound health, safety and information‑security practices. About You You will bring: Proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally within allied health, healthcare or a professional services environment. Experience with practice management systems or booking platforms (highly regarded). Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines. High attention to detail and accuracy across scheduling, data entry and documentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships. A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases/PMS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
