About the Role
We're seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator / Fabricator to join their small, supportive team. This role offers variety and stability – no two days are the same, and your input is valued across the entire production process.
Operating CNC Brake Press machinery and completing general fabrication tasks
Measuring, cutting, forming and finishing metal components to exact standards
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and digital job sheets
Performing quality checks and maintaining safety standards
Contributing to process improvements and assisting with training newer team members when required
About You

You'll bring:
Proven experience in CNC Brake Press operation and/or fabrication
Strong attention to detail and confidence reading technical drawings
Basic computer literacy – comfortable with a paperless workshop environment
A positive attitude, good communication, and teamwork skills
Commitment to safe, high-quality work practices
(Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not essential if you have solid hands-on experience.)
