About the Role
You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, safety and performance of our electrical systems. In this role, you will:
* Keep Agnew's electrical standards up to date and compliant with national and international regulations
* Lead the electrical scope of major projects and maintenance activities within the Processing Plant and Non-Processing Infrastructure
* Provide technical advice to contractors and ensure work meets best practice
* Collaborate with end users to ensure smooth handovers of new or upgraded equipment, including documentation and spare parts
* Support project cost control and budget management
* Champion our values, ethics and safety-first culture
* Lead work programs including Defect Elimination, Equipment efficiency and Decarbonisation.
* Provide leadership to the Engineering team and prioritise incoming work
About You
You'll bring strong technical capability, a collaborative mindset and a commitment to safe, high-quality work. You have:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (essential) with significant heavy industry or mining experience
* Project management qualifications and experience (highly regarded)
* Current manual C-class licence
* Advanced SAP and Microsoft Office skills
* Strong communication, teamwork and values alignment
