You'll provide expert education and support on issues such as infant feeding, sleep patterns, settling techniques, toddler behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and parent-infant attachment.You’ll also be responsible for triaging referrals from a variety of sources, ensuring that each family receives timely and appropriate support. In this collaborative environment, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver holistic, person-centred care that strengthens families and builds confidence during early childhood.This is a temporary part-time position until April 2026 (0.58 FTE, 22 hours/week, Monday to Friday), based at Tamworth Community Health Service.About YouYou are a compassionate and adaptable nurse who thrives in a family-focused setting.
