We are seeking an energetic Marketing Coordinator to drive visibility, growth, and engagement for both Mercure and ibis Perth hotel and our F&B outlets. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule and publish engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram and emerging platforms. Monitor, respond to and analyze local engagement metrics. Update microsites, hotel websites and third-party listings (including OTAs and Google Business) with promotions, room rates and F&B offers. Audit and optimize online distribution channels to meet rising digital demand and conversion targets. Draft and deploy EDM campaigns using Taguchi (or similar), ensuring message consistency across both hotels and F&B outlets. Design, proof digital and print assets for rooms, MICE, Beccaria, Cucina and Chelsea Social promotions using Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign. Assist in annual marketing promotional plan creation for both properties. Coordinate photoshoots, Google business page optimization, video production to support brand storytelling. Liaise with sales teams, senior management, corporate partners and suppliers to align on marketing objectives. Support emerging initiatives such as new platform roll-outs, loyalty tie-ins or seasonal thematic events.
