Job Title: Retail Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our retail support team. As a Retail Support Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support to the retail team, ensuring efficient and effective organization of tasks and projects.
About the Role:
You will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Area Managers in administrative tasks, complete store weekly communications programs, and manage training schedules for managers. You will also be responsible for supporting new managers with their transition to community life, designing wellbeing programs for retail managers, and managing onboarding schedules and training matrices.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous demonstrated experience in a support role within a medium complex business
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and strong office technology skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
