As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
\
* Provide personalized care and support services to clients in accordance with their individualized care plans.
\
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including showering, dressing, and other personal care needs.
\
* Support clients with their medication requirements and help them develop skills to encourage independence.
\
* Work collaboratively as part of a care team to deliver holistic care and support services.
\
Requirements
\
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care
\
* Current Police Screening Certificate
\
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
\
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
\
* Current Queensland driver's license
\
* A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
\
* Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
\
