Role Overview

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine room of our marketing department. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns, bridge the gap between marketing and sales, and ensure every dollar we spend is tracked and reported. This is a high-impact role in a fast-paced scale-up environment, perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and ready to level up their career.

Core Responsibilities:

* Deploy and monitor campaigns across Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Media.
* Manage our CRM workflows to ensure seamless customer journeys and lead nurturing.
* Produce engaging content for digital channels and email marketing.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to build high-quality sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) to empower our sales team.

Data, Attribution & Reporting

* The "Source of Truth": Manage and update our reporting dashboards to communicate performance to the wider business.
* Website Attribution: Take ownership of tagging and tracking protocols to ensure all materials are accurately reflected in our analytics.

Events & Activations

* Provide hands‐on support for brand events and physical activations, ensuring the brand is represented consistently and professionally.

Who You Are

* You have 2+ years of experience, ideally within a fast-paced media agency or an in-house marketing team.
* You are competent in the basics of the "modern marketing stack" (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics).
* You don't wait for a manual. You take initiative, "give things a go," and figure out solutions when faced with a challenge.
* You thrive in environments where things move quickly, priorities shift, and your contribution has a direct impact on growth.
* You are looking for a role where you can learn the ropes of strategy while mastering the craft of execution.
