This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing category strategies across a diverse range of services including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building services, and vertical transport.Key Responsibilities:Developing and executing category strategies across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, building services, and vertical transport.Leading a team with end-to-end procurement processes including tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract drafting.Manage tender processes, supplier negotiations, and contract drafting.Drive vendor performance through regular reviews, risk management, and innovation initiatives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and excellence.Contribute to financial planning through budget and forecast input.What you need:A degree in commerce, finance, procurement, or a related field.Minimum 8 years' experience in procurement, ideally within facilities management.Proven ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.Solid analytical, negotiation, communication and collaboration skills.Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.Full Australian work rights.What we offer:Hybrid working model (WFH 2 days a week)Free onsite parking when in office.Competitive salary and rewards.Global facilities management company.Work within a fantastic team workplace.If this sounds like you and you would like the prospect to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.
