About the Role
As the Medical Recruitment Coordinator, you will form part of a cohesive and supportive team responsible for delivering innovate approaches to attract top tier medical practitioners and effective end-to-end recruitment services across regional Western Australia.
In this pivotal role, you will offer expert guidance and advice on recruitment and selection processes ensuring compliance with the WA Public Sector Standards, relevant awards, agreements and legislative requirements. You will bring exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for developing advertising content and a collaborative approach to building strong relationships with regional stakeholders. A customer-focused mindset will be key to ensuring a positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your marketing skills and creativity to apply innovative approaches to designing and implementing recruitment campaigns as well as promoting WACHS as an employer of choice through web-based platforms, medical conferences and expos, overall contributing to the medical workforce strategic plan for WACHS Medical Services.
