Our team prides itself on making our patients feel at ease and relaxed when attending our dental practice.Job DescriptionAs the first point of contact for our patients, our highly regarded DA/Dental Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your varied responsibilities will include:Greet patients and visitors.Schedule appointments, and process payments and health insurance claims.Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Assist our skilled dentist during various dental procedures.Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.Provide excellent patient care and support.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.QualificationsExperience in a reception or dental assistant role is preferred but not required.
