* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to achieve sales objectives.
* Develop and deliver engaging training programs for retail floor staff.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities (independent or retail chains)
* Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise stock levels, recommend product replacements, and ensure seamless inventory flow.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
* Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and account performance.
* Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Skill Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
* Exceptional communication skills and adaptability to deliver impactful training across diverse audiences.
* A customer-focused mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid driver's licence for travel to sites as required.
