Local to Collie, WA | 4 / 4 DIDO Roster | $61 Per Hour Full-Time Max Term Contact (Includes Leave Entitlements) | Ongoing Work
Techforce Mining is urgently seeking experienced Production Operators for a long-term DIDO role just 200km south of Perth. This is an outstanding chance to work on a family-friendly 4 / 4 roster while earning top-tier FIFO-level rates — all without leaving the Southwest on a Full-Time Max Term Contract!
The Opportunity
- $61 per hour full-time | 12-hour shifts + 38 hours super paid per week.
- 4 days on / 4 days off DIDO roster
- Long-term, ongoing project
- Site located near Collie, WA – locals strongly encouraged to apply!
- Operate 785+ Dump Trucks, D10 / D11 Dozers, 14M+ Graders, and 300T Excavators
- Best pay in mining for the region

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months experience in production operating (trucks, dozers, graders, loaders, or excavators)
- Current driver’s licence
- Police clearance or willing to obtain
- Available for an ASAP start
- Strong safety mindset and great attitude
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and chest x-ray
- Be able to provide 2 recent references
- Strong desire to learn, improve, and grow within the role
