We do our best work for brave brands and people who relish being challenged to go further and faster, together.About The RoleThe role of the Implementation & Activation team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified effectively, efficiently, and with a future-facing approach. The scope of Implementation & Activation includes traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video, and Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming, and Podcasting). The Coordinator supports the Implementation & Activation team through all aspects of Implementation Planning and Buying.What You'll NeedPassion for the media industryInquisitive and demonstrates desire to understand and know moreAttention to detailProblem-solving mentalityClear communicatorStrong time-management skills; reliable and meets deadlinesResults-driven; passionate about delivering business results for clientsWhat Success Looks LikeIn 3 months:Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports.Gained a strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the agency and group proposition, core Implementation & Activation processes, and our way of working.Completed training on the key tools and systems required, actively using them in your day-to-day role, and contributing to the support of the team.In 6 months:Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently, effectively, and proactively.Supported processes for specific allocated clients/campaigns, ensuring that your manager and wider team are regularly updated, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.Strengthened key stakeholder relationships to deliver great teamwork consistently.In 12 months:Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients – responsibility and volume.Building strong relationships with publishers, representing the Wavemaker team appropriately, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest quality.
