About the Opportunity
As a Senior Manager in our CFO Advisory team your impact will be seen by:
Working with clients to assist them in transforming their finance functions
Improving financial outcomes from core operations and tackling emerging issues
Gaining exposure to a broad category of financial management functions across Federal and State government agencies and private sector clients
Management and delegation to junior staff whilst working on engagements
About you
You have a background in financial management functions, preferably having worked within the finance area or in an organisation providing financial management advisory and consulting services. You will have a strong understanding of accounting concepts and may have completed or be studying towards a CA/CPA qualification or equivalent. Technical knowledge in MS Excel based costing models, internal/external budgeting, financial reporting and an understanding of financial management within the public sector will be highly regarded.
Please note this role is based in Canberra. Due to the nature of the work, you must be an Australian citizen, eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government issued security clearance.
