Community Support Worker - Personal Care

$31.65 per hour plus 11.5% Superannuation and generous salary packaging available.

About the role
In this role, you will help our clients maintain independence by providing essential in-home care services such as assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping. If you have a genuine desire to make a difference, we want you on our team.
We offer flexible working arrangements tailored to your lifestyle, whether you're looking for as little as one day a week or a full five-day work week; we are committed to accommodating your needs.
You will bring:
* Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent
* Driver's Licence
* Advanced communication skills
* High levels of energy
* Person-centred approach
