In this role, you will:
* Lead & Innovate: Serve as the technical authority on-site, designing, installing, and operating cutting-edge audio, vision, lighting, and IT solutions for a wide range of dynamic events.
* Build Relationships: Become a valued partner to our clients and venue staff, providing expert advice and building trust through your professionalism and deep knowledge.
* Command the Room: Confidently lead and mentor technical crews, ensuring seamless execution and managing high-pressure environments with calm and precision.
* Drive Excellence: Take ownership of events from brief to breakdown, ensuring every detail meets the 5-star standard our clients expect.
What You Bring:
You are more than a technician; you are a solutions-oriented professional with a passion for live events.
* A proven track record (3+ years) in senior-level technical delivery within the corporate AV, conferencing, or live events sphere.
* Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with modern audio, video, lighting, and broadcast/IT systems. Experience with virtual/hybrid events is highly valued.
* Innate leadership skills with the confidence to guide teams and manage event timelines under pressure.
* Exceptional client-facing communication skills and a commitment to service that exceeds expectations.
* Impeccable personal presentation, reflecting the premium environments you will work in.
* Essential Licences: A current Australian Driver's Licence, Rigging Certification, and an EWP Licence (Yellow Card).
