Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our aged care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, mobility, and wellbeing of older people.


About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering hands-on clinical care, providing advice to colleagues on client needs, and contributing to the development of our team to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide physiotherapy assessments and treatments tailored to each client's goals, ensuring timely documentation and care aligned with wellness and enablement principles.
* Counsel and train staff on clinical best practices, participate in clinical competency frameworks, and offer ongoing advice to enhance the quality of services delivered to older clients.
* Develop holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.
* Establish strong community and industry connections, contribute to marketing efforts, and develop referral pathways to support service awareness, growth, and high client engagement.
* Maintain high clinical governance standards to ensure top-tier service outcomes.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current registration as a Health Practitioner with the relevant state/territory regulatory authority.
* A valid First Aid certificate (with annual CPR) and a current driver's licence with a willingness to travel.
* Strong knowledge of person-centred care and contemporary aged care clinical practices.
* The ability to mentor and support care staff, fostering skill development and improved client outcomes.
* Excellent time management skills and a commitment to service quality and business excellence.
