* Develop holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.
* Establish strong community and industry connections, contribute to marketing efforts, and develop referral pathways to support service awareness, growth, and high client engagement.
* Maintain high clinical governance standards to ensure top-tier service outcomes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current registration as a Health Practitioner with the relevant state/territory regulatory authority.
* A valid First Aid certificate (with annual CPR) and a current driver's licence with a willingness to travel.
* Strong knowledge of person-centred care and contemporary aged care clinical practices.
* The ability to mentor and support care staff, fostering skill development and improved client outcomes.
* Excellent time management skills and a commitment to service quality and business excellence.
