The RoleThe Executive Chef will be responsible for leading and mentoring a brigade of 35 chefs across multiple outlets, each supported by a dedicated Sous Chef.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and hands-on leader, equally comfortable guiding their team as they are stepping into service when required.Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day food operations across multiple restaurants and outlets
Providing guidance, training, and support to kitchen teams
Maintaining consistency and quality of food service and presentation
Leading large-scale functions and events for up to - guests
Driving innovation and collaboration within the culinary team Skills and Experience Proven experience as an Executive Chef within a high-volume or multi-outlet environment
Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire a large team
Hands-on approach with the flexibility to support in service when required
Demonstrated experience with functions and large-scale event catering
