Documentalist Role
This role is responsible for creating high-quality documentation that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences. The documentalist will work closely with product development, procurement, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistency in terminology, style, and formatting across all documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial washroom products and manufacturing processes, as well as excellent writing and communication skills. They will be able to create clear and concise documentation, including spec sheets, user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance instructions.
