Music Program Director
This is a challenging opportunity to lead and develop a comprehensive music program.
Main Responsibilities:
* Program Development: Direct the choir program, manage solos concerts, and coordinate with music staff for event planning and operational needs.
* Class Preparation and Delivery: Prepare for and conduct classes in Music as scheduled.
* Talent Acquisition: Recruit students for the co-curricular music program.
* Program Promotion: Promote the music co-curricular program at Wadhurst.
* Operational Oversight: Oversee the instrumental and vocal tuition program.
Requirements:
VIT registration or ability to obtain it is essential. A passion for music education and strong leadership skills are highly desirable.
