FNQ/NT Sales & Operations Manager (Townsville Base)

Based in Townsville, this role is heavily sales-focused, giving you the autonomy to build your territory, win new business and grow existing accounts, while maintaining oversight of operational delivery.
About The Role
This role is centred on business development, with a strong focus on generating new rental opportunities and expanding market presence across the region.
You'll be responsible for building pipelines, closing deals and managing key customer relationships; while ensuring rental operations run smoothly and equipment is delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Driving new business and achieving sales growth across short and long-term rentals
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline and customer portfolio
* Leading customer negotiations, proposals and closing opportunities
* Overseeing rental operations including equipment readiness, handovers and returns
* Coordinating logistics and fleet movement across the FNQ/NT region
About You
You're a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on winning new business and owning your results.
You Will Bring
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within transport, rental or equipment industries
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage a territory, pipeline and customer base autonomously
* A hands‐on approach with the ability to balance sales and operational priorities
* Valid driver's licence, with MC/HC licence highly regarded
