Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven individual with a passion for property and people? We're looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who has a "can-do" attitude and enjoys meeting new people, developing relationships, and achieving great results.
While previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred, it's not essential.. we're just as interested in your attitude, enthusiasm, and drive to succeed.
Knowledge of the local area is also preferred but not essential, the right ambition and willingness to learn are what matter most
About the role
You will be joining a supportive and professional team, working closely with our senior Sales Executives to build your skills and career in real estate.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Listing and selling residential properties
* Assisting in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
* Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and presented to a high professional standard
* Engaging in cold calling and door knocking to expand the client base
* Maintaining property files in accordance with regulatory standards
* Liaising professionally with both purchasers and vendors throughout negotiations
About You
You're career‑minded, eager to learn, and have strong literacy and communication skills. You take pride in your work, enjoy a challenge, and have the motivation to succeed in a competitive industry.
Requirements
* Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) — or willingness to obtain via on‑the‑job traineeship
* Current Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle
* Availability to work Saturdays
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* A proactive approach to building new business relationships
