Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Perth for a Business Development focused Key Account Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts, generating leads to expand the client base, and driving strategic initiatives for business growth. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales and development objectives while maintaining high organizational standards.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
* Extensive experience in Account Management and Key Account Management to maintain and develop client relationships.
* Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation, to effectively engage with stakeholders and partners.
* Proven ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
* A valid driver's license and availability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
* Experience in the heavy equipment, mining, construction, or similar industries is a valuable asset.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
