Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient and professional front desk services, including welcoming guests and directing incoming calls;
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders;
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as booking events and coordinating logistics;
* Provide technical support for internal meeting rooms, printers, and other equipment;
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
