They have secured a LAHC development consisting of 22 units across 2 towers. With $45M of further projects already in the pipeline, they are committed to building a strong presence in Newcastle. Role and Responsibilities As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the early procurement process and successful delivery of projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will ensure contracts, costs, and documentation are managed effectively. Responsibilities include: Managing all head contract and subcontract financial/administrative activities Supporting the setup of project budgets and procurement schedules Preparing monthly reports and cost forecasts Assisting the PM with timely and accurate reporting to reflect project financials Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers Requirements Previous experience as a Contract Administrator with a head contractor Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project financial management Familiarity with systems such as Cheops, Jobpac, or Procore (or similar) Ability to work collaboratively with project and site teams Benefits to You Opportunity to be part of a growing Newcastle office with long-term commitment to the region Secure pipeline with $45M of upcoming projects Work on landmark projects with great variety in scope Supportive and approachable management structure If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact me on 0450298801 or email your CV to jordan.shirley@acrworld.com
