Job Overview

This is a Guest Service Agent role where you will ensure a warm welcome and efficient service to guests during check-ins and check-outs.

* Provide excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of hotel experience and possess strong communication skills. They must be able to handle multiple requests with ease, maintain high service standards, and work effectively in a team environment.
