This is a strategic and high-impact role, partnering with senior business leaders across operations, commercial, and supply chain functions, helping shape key decisions that support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple business units. Drive financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes with accuracy and insight. Deliver value-add analysis on business performance, margin, cost-to-serve and investment opportunities. Translate financial data into actionable commercial insights. Partner with supply chain, operations and commercial teams to optimise working capital and operational efficiency. Support the month-end and year-end close with accurate reporting and commentary. Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning. Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment. To be successful in this role you be CA/CPA Qualified, with exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience. You will have the capability to influence across the business, and build strong relationships. You thrive within a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with matrix style structured organisation.
