Are you an enthusiastic and experienced fitness instructor ready to make a positive impact working with older adults as part of a multidisciplinary team.
**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a Fitness Leader to join our team of Allied Health Professionals, to embark on fostering the health and wellbeing within our community. You will lead a variety of exercise groups including instructor led to individualised ones, along with 1:1 sessions.
At ECH, we provide a collaborative and rewarding work environment, helping our older adults stay healthy and active so they can remain as independent as possible. This role will primarily cover leave periods within our teams across our College Grove, Henley Beach, and Morphett Vale Wellness Sites. A driver's license and Certificate 4 in Fitness is essential to succeed in this role.
**About You**
You have previous experience in a similar role with the registration of the appropriate professional board or association (ESSA or Fitness Australia)
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You demonstrate boundless energy and enthusiasm.
You have patience and compassion to connect with and motivate our older community.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
