About the Role
As our Clinical Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the clinic – managing clinical schedules, supporting practitioners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with dentists, surgeons, nurses, and admin staff to make sure our patients receive high-quality care in a well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities
* In charge of stock ordering
* Liaise with practitioners, labs, and external providers (e.g., anaesthetists, surgeons)
* Ensure all clinical documentation, referrals, and records are accurate and up to date
* Monitor workflow and support with chairside scheduling and treatment room readiness
* Assist with patient communication, education, and follow-ups
* Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and clinic protocols
* Troubleshoot clinical and operational issues as needed

About You
* Experience in a dental or medical clinical setting (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable with practice management software and digital workflows
