Job Description
* Own and shape the ANZ commercial strategy, moving beyond business maintenance to proactively identify untapped market segments, prioritize high-value opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
* Work closely with the distributors and end consumers like
* Strengthen and enable the channel ecosystem-including distributors, resellers, and system integrators-through hands-on project support, bid assistance, and targeted training that elevates sales capability and product expertise.
* Serve as the critical conduit between the local market and global headquarters, tracking competitive dynamics and delivering actionable insights to product and marketing teams to maintain market leadership.
* Accelerate demand generation by developing trusted relationships with consultants and end users, partnering closely with Applications Engineers to deliver compelling solution demonstrations and seamless technical commissioning.
* Collaborate with Global Business Development to manage strategic global accounts and alliances, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for key customers across regions.
* Partner creatively with marketing to deliver impactful conferences, seminars, and industry events that strengthen brand presence and deepen market engagement.
* Design, schedule, and deliver high-impact training programs for distributors, system integrators, consultants, and dealers, reinforcing product value propositions and advanced sales techniques.
* Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on market and competitor activity, translating insights into informed strategic action.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
* 8-10+ years of progressive professional experience, demonstrating deep technical expertise in audio principles, systems, and professional audio products.
* Proven exposure to channel management and global account environments, considered a strong advantage.
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-dimensional challenges.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with external stakeholders.
* Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail.
* Advanced computer literacy, with experience using SAP or similar ERP systems viewed as a plus.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel as business needs require.
