Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, Australia, for a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our digital marketing strategies for the Pullman and ibis Adelaide\'s Sales & Marketing Hub, ensuring our brand\'s online presence is strong and engaging.
* Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
* Manage and create content for social media channels, website, and email marketing
* Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics
* Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing materials
* Optimize website content for SEO and user experience
* Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing initiatives
* Assist in the development and execution of overall marketing strategies
* Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
* Contribute to the creation of marketing reports and presentations
* Support the team in day-to-day marketing operations
Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management tools
* Experience in managing social media campaigns and content creation
* Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
* Proficient in content management systems and marketing automation software
* Skilled in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work on-site in Adelaide, Australia
