This is a flexible, multi-purpose role ideal for a highly organised, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional customer service and liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Coordinate administrative processes, including financial tasks, databases, registers, and reporting.
* Support venue management, including enquiries, bookings, setup, and audits.
* Assist with logistics, movement of materials, and liaising with contractors and service providers.
* Contribute to a culture of service excellence within the Facilities Management team.
About You
* Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or significant experience in a similar role.
* Experience working in a facilities, administration, or customer service environment.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency with computer-based applications and database management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
