McGrath Cancer Care Nurse – Advanced Breast

The MCCN acts as a clinical expert in advanced breast cancer and functions as a resource person to patients, families, and staff.
The MCCN will have expert knowledge regarding the spectrum of Breast Cancer, inclusive of health assessment, treatment pathways, referrals, and on-going coordination of care.
The MCCN adapts their practice according to the specific and changing needs of individuals, considering their multiple health needs, concerns and preferences for care.
The MCCN facilitates continuity of care between different phases of the cancer journey, care settings, care plans and care providers.

Salary: $103,883 to $110,954 per annum (pro-rata), plus 12% superannuation

This is a three (3) year fixed term part-time role, working 60.8 hours per fortnight.
Shifts are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm (start and finish times are flexible)
