Guest Services Assistant
Trinity Collective is a small team passionate about creating a welcoming home-away-from-home for every guest.
We’re looking for a friendly, capable Guest Services Assistant to support day-to-day guest service across front office and operations.
About the role
· Manage guest bookings, check-ins and departures using our property management system RMS Cloud
· Maintain accurate guest profiles, room allocations and daily arrivals
· Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating where required
· Process payments, authorisation holds, EFTPOS/cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation
· Provide local area information and coordinate guest requests
· Deliver warm, efficient café service including beverage preparation and table service
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across café and guest areas in line with food safety requirements
· Support opening/closing procedures, shift handovers and day-to-day coordination with housekeeping
What we’re looking for
· Hospitality experience in accommodation, café, or customer service environments
· Confidence using a PMS (ideally RMS Cloud) and POS/EFTPOS systems
· Barista skills (or a willingness to learn quickly) with attention to quality and presentation
· Strong communication, problem-solving and ability to work with limited supervision
· Current RSA and Food Safety certificates (or willingness to obtain)
· Availability to work across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
Roster & conditions
Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 – Level 3. Rotating roster covering approximately 07:45 to 20:15 (opening and closing shifts), across seven days including weekends and public holidays.
