Job Overview
As a Technical Program Manager for Quality and Assurance, you will play a key role in leading and managing all testing activities across the transformation program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, establishing testing frameworks and tools, and leading a team of test analysts to ensure quality and success of program deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Testing Activities: Plan, lead, and manage all testing activities across the transformation program.
* Define Test Strategies: Define and implement test strategies, establish testing frameworks and tools.
* Manage Test Teams: Lead a team of test analysts to ensure quality and success of program deliverables.

Requirements:
* Test Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Test Manager/Senior Test Lead role on large ICT program.
* Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and managing test phase and types, including functional, regression, system, data migration, reports, integration, UAT, performance, and security testing activities.
* Automation Expertise: Establish test automation frameworks and lead testing of large Data Migrations. Testing activities for COTS based solution and with SmartBear TestComplete automation tool desirable.
