The Role
This Team Leader ensures efficient debt recovery and high-quality care while implementing effective strategies aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish KPIs to measure success in debt collection.
* Develop best practice debt recovery procedures and credit control processes.
* Liaise with IT teams to ensure collections tools functionality.
* Make recommendations for process improvements.
* Support customers in understanding payment obligations.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable, debt collection or similar role management.
* Undergraduate degree in Commerce or similar.
* Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission.
