Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Group Reservations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage group reservations from confirmation to guest check-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents.
* Coordinating the production and distribution of rooming lists and confirmations.
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge across our hotel portfolio.
* Managing group reservations within our systems.
* Actioning release backs and loading room lists in a timely manner.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and travel agents, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure will be essential to your success in this role.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in Customer Service or a related field.
* Excellent customer service skills and phone manner.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
* Fast and accurate data entry skills.
