Role Summary
You’ll support the Senior Strategy Director and collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and partnerships leaders across the Groupe. Your work will help ensure our ideas are grounded in data, audience intelligence, and cultural relevance. You’ll contribute to pitch development, campaign strategy, and partnership storytelling that drives buy‑in and commercial impact.

* Develop insight‑led responses to integrated partnership briefs, ensuring ideas are culturally resonant and strategically sound.
* Collaborate with strategy, creative, and account teams to shape concepts from early ideation through to activation.
* Work with partners to create bespoke, platform‑specific content optimised for format, engagement, and channel impact.
* Support the development of response to brief presentations with clear strategic rationale and compelling storytelling.
* Conduct research into audience behaviours, cultural trends, and media consumption across Australia and New Zealand.
* Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform creative thinking and partnership opportunities.
* Leverage rich first‑ and third‑party data sources to strengthen recommendations and inform measurement frameworks.
* Craft strategic narratives that communicate the value of integrated partnership solutions to clients, publishers, and agency teams.
* Support GTM narrative development alongside senior strategy leaders.
* Help prepare and facilitate workshops and brainstorms that unlock innovative, insight‑driven ideas.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to foster collaboration and shared success.
* Contribute to a culture of fresh thinking grounded in cultural trends, human behaviour, and audience relevance.
Qualifications
Desired Experience
* 3+ years’ experience in creative strategy, communications planning, or media strategy, ideally within sport, entertainment, or partnerships.
* Strong understanding of cultural nuances and audience behaviours across Australia and New Zealand.
* Proven ability to develop insight‑led solutions and tell compelling audience stories.
* Skilled in research and analysis, with experience using tools such as GWI, social listening platforms, and dashboards.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
* Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects at once.
* Familiarity with paid, owned, earned, and shared media ecosystems.
* Understanding of measurement frameworks to demonstrate the impact of integrated partnerships.
* Highly organised, collaborative, and proactive, with a genuine passion for culture, sport, and entertainment.
