The role

Pymble Ladies' College is seeking an exceptional English teacher who brings deep subject expertise, a genuine love of literature and language, and a commitment to inspiring young women to find their voice. We recognise that outstanding teachers may be committed to their current schools and students, so we are flexible regarding the commencement date and welcome applications from experienced educators who may join later in the year or at the beginning of 2027.

Skills and attributes
* Hold a current NESA accreditation and have an excellent understanding of the NESA syllabus.
* Confidence and ability to teach Advanced and Extension English.
* Willingness to deliver across Stages 4, 5 & 6.
* Positive and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes.
* New graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Confidence in differentiating the curriculum in the classroom.
* Strong understanding of the application of technology to enhance learning.
* Reflective professional engaged in ongoing development and research in relation to your practice.

Successful candidates must comply with the NSW Teacher Accreditation Act and provide a Working with Children Check.
