Job Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for leading key client accounts and delivering exceptional results across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead key client accounts and drive exceptional delivery.
* Guide and mentor up to 2x Account Managers.
* Provide clear leadership, mentoring, and support to the team.
* Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Translate business problems into clear and actionable projects.
* Partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to turn client problems into impactful ideas.
Requirements:
* Mid-senior level experience as an Account Director or similar senior client service role in an integrated agency environment.
* Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecast revenue.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
