* Hand-pick your squad: Help us interview and select the next generation of technicians.
* Be the Technical Authority: Solve the complex system installs and upgrades that others find impossible.
* Build a Legacy: Run the technical meetings, design the training, and conduct performance reviews that actually help people grow.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lifting the Bar: Providing technical support and hands-on help for high-level fire alarm and occupant warning system upgrades.
* The Bridge: Acting as the link between the office and the field. You'll ensure subbies are set up for success and jobs are delivered right the first time.
* Client Champion: Building direct rapport with our clients, ensuring that every "FireProof" job is a gold-standard job.
* Mentorship: Running bi-annual reviews to check in on our field staff's career goals and well-being.
Who You Are:
* A Fire Industry Expert: You have deep experience with Fire Alarms, OWSI, and general fire services.
* A Natural Teacher: You enjoy seeing a junior "get it" because of your advice.
* Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using electronic job systems and managing Fire detections plans
* Ready for More: You want a role where you aren't just a number, but a key decision-maker in a growing business.
